The majority of clients attempt to fill their positions themselves. While they often succeed with this approach, it can take a while. If you have already lost a lot of time, you would expect an external agency to be able to deliver candidates as soon as possible. We understand these needs and are able to start the procedure immediately without undue delay.
We believe it is beneficial to begin with a personal interview with you at your office. During this conversation we will learn about the culture of your company, discuss the plans of your company, your department and the vacancy. We will discuss the most important hard- and soft skill requirements of the candidate, but also about the salary and the secondary benefits you can offer. We will bring some CV’s with us to discuss with you so we can get an even better view of the profile of the vacancy. We will end the introductory conversation with a plan of action.
After the conversation we are going to search in our network for the most suitable candidates. Also, we are going to search on social networks and job boards.
We publish the vacancy on our website and share it on social media.
For all new candidates we will take an hour to get to know them, understand what their skills are and what they are looking for. We discuss their CV and learn about the decisions they have made in their career thus far.
We discuss their current salary package in order to gauge whether a future position can meet their expectations. We check their diplomas and ask for references, while also testing if the hard and soft skills needed in a vacancy are meet by the competences and skills of the candidate.
The most suitable candidates will be presented to you via an introduction sheet and CV for your consideration.
You will then have the opportunity to let us know which candidates you would like to invite and accordingly we will plan the interviews.
If you then decide to make an offer we will advise you on the best approach and discuss the offer with the candidate.
